We adopt recruitment methodology to suit the need of our clients. Our candidates are presentedmon the basis of a match against Pre-determined competencies. We do not believe in a perfect candidate. As such, our candidates are presented realistically and truthfully against the competency model. The decision to hire or not by our client, is ultimately based on whether any deficiencies against the required competencies represents an “area for development” or a “deal breaker”.

Our recruitment package come in three distinct forms designed to suit the needs of our clients. The client can choose which of the service will fit perfectly for the goal they want to achieve. In cases where the client requires a combination of different packages, we can also make arrangement for a customized package that will satisfy the needs of that client.

Our recruitment packages include;

2. One-Off Recruitment
3. Shift Staffing

Under this arrangement, we recruit and manage the staff recruited for our client. This means that we are responsible for the welfare and performance of the staff, thereby taking the headache of dealing with employee issues from the client.

Features of this package include;

  • We are responsible for the payment of salary to the staff.
  • We manage the performance of the staff by regular check up on the staff and conducting performance appraisal every 3 months on the staff with the consent of our client.
  • Our client is entitled to continuous replacement of the staff within three (3) working days in the case where the staff resigns or the client asks for a replacement. This is done at no cost to the client.
  • The staff is also entitled to free training every 6 months to improve performance on the job.
  • Any other benefit accrued to the staff will be administered to the staff as agreed by our client. This benefits include; health maintenance, insurance and others.

This package is for clients who desire a one-off recruitment service without the option of staff management. This means that we will recruit the staff and conduct the necessary background verification on the staff but we will not be responsible for the management of the staff.

Features of One-Off Recruitment

  • Our client is entitled to one-time recruitment in accordance to the requirement provided in the candidate requisition form.
  • The client only pays the recruitment fee.
  • In a situation where the staff resigns or the client wants the staff replaced, the client is entitled to a one-time replacement of the staff during the first 6 months of resumption. After 6 months, a fresh recruitment agreement will be reached before we can replace.
  • We are not responsible for the payment of salary or administration of other benefits to the staff.
  • The client is responsible for any training provided to the staff after the staff resumes work.

This package is specially designed for those who desire a flexible staff for limited period of time or in an unstructured pattern of work. This ensures that the staff is only available only when you need them to be. The staff is paid hourly or daily rate as the case maybe. The hourly rate ranges from N1, 000.00 – N5, 000.00 depending on the category of staff and volume of work to be done.
